I just wanted to drop you a quick line and let you know what a fantastic job Gallas Label always does for our company. You are always a pleasure to work with and always goes “above and beyond” for us. Not only do you do a great job on our boring straight rerun jobs but we had a very hot, new job a couple of months ago and your customer service team always kept me in the loop and made sure I knew exactly what was going on at all times. I’ve been in printing and customer service for more years than I care to remember and, by far, your company is one of the best I’ve ever had the pleasure to work with. Thanks for having such people to take care of our account!

I want to write and thank you both (and everyone at Gallas Label) once again for all of your efforts on our last order. This was one of the largest orders we've ever done and our customer was very happy with the product we were able to deliver. When I delivered the products to the customer yesterday, they were pleased and when I asked them for more business in the future, my request was met with enthusiasm. I wanted to thank you and your team’s hard work in getting these labels made for us. I picked them up around 6:00 PM and when I got home I checked them over and everything looked great. I also tried them on the applicator and it worked like a charm which is easily dispensing the labels right onto my finger tip for easy use. I wanted to thank you for helping us out over the last week. We ended up in a bind due to commitments we made to our largest customer, on the implementation date of their newest product. Unfortunately UL threw us some curve balls at the last second that caused this to be expedited. Gallas Label has served our needs for several years. We manufacture attachments for excavators, backhoes, wheel loaders, and skid steer machines. Given the unconstrained situations that are often found in the construction industry, our attachments are subject to intense operations as well as extremes in weather conditions. Our attachments require decals and warning labels that will stand up to the heat in Iraq just as well as to the cold in Alaska. Gallas Label provides us with high quality products that maintain adherence and appearance in both the daily operation of the equipment and weather conditions.

I just want to let you know how much I love to do business with you and your company. Since I am a printing broker, I only have an adequate knowledge of materials and manufacturing techniques used in your specialized industry. I was just in California this week helping with the first manufacturing of the products that use the labels that you recently provided. The cosmetic products looked great with the labels on them when I saw them on the store shelf.
